Last summer I had the opportunity to participate in a military makeover for one of our awesome veterans and his family in Charleston, SC.
Teaming up with Safety 1st, a leader in making spaces safe for children, we went through the house and installed a variety of products to help make it a safer place for their toddler.
After going through the house from top to bottom looking for potential dangers I realized how simple it is to create safer spaces on a budget and became passionate about educating families about child safety, since so many accidents are preventable.
Creating safe, supervised spaces for children is the best way to protect them from the many hidden dangers in the home. This free printable safety checklist checklist is a great resource to help you get started.
Safeguarding your home does not have to be expensive, so don’t delay in making your home a safer place for your children.
