Do you struggle with menu planning? There are some weeks that I just can’t figure out what to make for dinner! When I get a menu planning mental block I go with theme nights. These make menu planning so simple. Each night of the week is different theme – I just find the recipe to fit it.
- Monday: Pasta
- Tuesday: Tacos
- Wednesday: Chicken
- Thursday: Pork

I love this idea!! Believe it or not I always find menu planning the hardest right after we’ve gone to the commissary! I look at our fridge and pantry and have so many options I have no idea what I’m in the mood for! I will definitely try these themes to help me next time!
