Welcome to my kitchen.
I wonder what I should make for dinner?
So while this really is my kitchen I do have a kitchen in my basement so things are not as a bad as they seem. Well they are… but no need to bore you with details. 🙂
Space is very limited so we’ve been getting creative around here. (creative is another term for “we eat a lot of sandwiches”)
Due to our new all sandwich diet my kids were thrilled to find out I was once again partnering with Eggo to share some fun and creative recipes with you.
Each week I’ll be sharing a new waffle recipe based on a theme. This week’s theme is after school snacks. Since my kids don’t actually go to a school building they think after school snacks should be served around 10am, but I digress.
I wanted to do something really fun and delicious and since I really only have a toaster oven and about 12 inches of counter space to work with right now I came up with this simple and super scrumptious after school snack that mom’s and kids will love.
The only thing I’m not sure about is the name. What should we call these? Flufftella’s, Nutmallows, Fluffernutellas? I need your help. What would you call this treat?
Flufftella Waffle Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Eggo Waffles
- Nutella
- Marshmallow Fluff
Instructions
- Toast the waffles.
- Spread Nutella on one waffle.
- Spread Marshmallow fluff on one waffle.
- Put the waffles together.
- Cut and serve.
Seriously this is good stuff here. Say goodbye to the boring pre-packed snacks and serve a few of these yet to be officially named delicious treats. Who said after school snacks were just for kids anyways?
I’m partnering with Eggo as a Chief Waffle Officer to share fun recipes over the next two months. All opinions, recipes, and sticky fingers are mine.
