Having a schedule can made a huge difference when it comes to getting things done. Especially for things we don’t like to do or that tend to not get done. Alecia says,
“After being overwhelmed by all that I had to do each week (as a wife, mother, woman, etc), I decided to set up a weekly “chore” schedule for myself. I now have one chore or activity devoted per day. My only chore goal for each day is to accomplish this one task – and give myself the option to let the rest of my chores wait until their appropriate day!! It has drastically simplified my life and cut down on my stress!”
