seems like this could almost be a no sewing project. You could use fusing for the sides after carefully ironing the edges under and reuse the sleeves for the ties. I would cut the sleeve carefully, using one of the seams and then iron under the other edges and use the fusing to glue the edges together. Just an idea, b/c this is a fun way to reuse a shirt and wouldn’t want the ” i can’t sew” folks to be left out!
