Honey Mustard Slow Cooker Pork Roast Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork shoulder roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Add the pork roast to your slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In small bowl, stir together garlic powder, mustard, and honey. Spread on the pork roast.
- Add the onion and chicken broth to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until you can easily shred the pork with two forks.

I made the honey mustard pork roast and your red skins w/rosemary recipe as well…very good! It was so easy- I will definitely make it again, great flavor. It is just my husband and I so I made a pork loin and cut the recipe in half and it came out perfect. My husband really liked the potatoes.

What size crock pot did you use these ingredients for?

WOW!!! this was AMAZING! O don’t have a pic cuz I didn’t think about it. I covered the Crock-Pot and put it in the oven for 2 hours at 450 degrees. I added two tablespoons of vinegar & yellow mustard is all I had.
