This easy Hidden Kale Smoothie requires only four ingredients. The banana and kiwi provide flavor and sweetness that keep the kale “hidden” and your kids happy. It’s a perfect way to get your kids to eat a leafy green vegetable they might otherwise turn their nose up at.

Hidden Kale Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 cup kale
- 15 pieces of ice
Instructions
- Begin by chopping your fruit into small chunks.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well or until all large chunks are blended.
- Pour into a glass and top with a kiwi slice if desired and enjoy!
