Best Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs, I feel like people either love them or hate them.

I fall into the LOVE them category. It seems like they were a staple at holiday gatherings and potlucks when I was a child.

Of course looking back on it, bringing deviled eggs to a potluck in Florida during the summer seems a little unsafe, but I digress.

Deviled eggs may be a southern thing because when I brought them to a potluck in West Virginia met a few people who had never even tried one! I couldn’t believe it.

The funny thing was, I was very nervous about bringing deviled eggs to a potluck in West Virginia. My friends in West Virginia can cook! And when I say cook I mean cook!

To complicate things even more when I started to make these deviled eggs I realized I was out of mayo! Since that is a required ingredient I wasn’t sure what I was going to do.

I searched my pantry and couldn’t find any mayo, but I did find a jar of Miracle Whip® Dressing. Since I was desperate I decided to give it a try.

I was pretty excited when people who knew what deviled eggs were started telling me these were the best they’d ever had! Even my kids thought they tasted better!

I realized that Miracle Whip Dressing made all the difference in the recipe, so I decided to change my recipe forever!

So if you are going to a holiday potluck this week, bring these deviled eggs! They are so very good and really easy to make!
