My friend, Erin from $5 Dinners, has done it again! She’s made an amazing meal plan for Costco featuring 20 slow cooker freezer packs that are all gluten free!
Using 10 different family friendly recipes, you can make 20 slow cooker freezer packs in less that 2 hours! Each freezer pack will feed a family of four with plenty of leftovers overall. Feel free to adjust to your size of family, of course. And, the best part? You can buy all of the ingredients at Costco for about $150 with LOTS leftover, or adjust sizes/ingredients for your local stores if you’d rather shop elsewhere.
PLUS – Erin has explained how to create all 20 freezer packs in less than 2 hours with a printable step-by-step assembly sheet and video tutorials. You can also just create each one as you have time, but the idea of getting 20 dinners prepped and ready in 2 hours sounds amazing to me!
Recipes included are:
- Slow Cooker Chicken with Apples & Rosemary
- Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apples & Sweet Potatoes
- Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chicken Curry
- Slow Cooker Italian Chicken
- Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken & Potatoes
- Slow Cooker Sausage, Peppers, Onions
- Slow Cooker Italian Stew Roast
- Slow Cooker Beef Stew
- Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
- Slow Cooker Chicken & Sausage Stew
There are two printable packs available for purchase:
10 Full Recipes & Costco and Grocery Store/Pantry Shopping List Printable – $2.49
10 Full Recipes Recipes & Costco and Grocery Store/Pantry Shopping List with Step by Step Assembly Instructions, Exclusive Access to Instructional Videos, plus Printable Recipe Cards for when assembling & Printable Labels for your freezer packs – $5
Happy shopping and meal planning for almost an entire month!!!

I’d love to try your GF meal plan! I was curious to see what you recommend as a substitute for corn, I cannot eat it and I would love to know what you think would work instead? Thanks so much! Also, I am new to your site…..do you come up with different GF meal plans every month with different variations? Thanks so much! I will absolutely purchase a plan once I hear back from you! Excited to get started!
Toni Anderson says
Crystal – Erin releases a new Costco meal plan every few months. You can substitute any veggie for the corn or double up on something already in those recipes.
Jocelyn Confino says
Can you please email me the $5 downloadable recipes, etc.
I can not download it on this device and now the link is gone. Thanks. I actually bought the $5 and $1.49 one thinking they were different recipes so please email me them both:). Thanks x

I am interested in these recipes, but don’t want to purchase until I know that I can actually download them once I purchase. From the comments, that seems to be a little glitch. Any word on if it has been corrected? Thanks. 🙂
Toni Anderson says
Diana, see the comment from Erin Chase above.

I have just purchased the $5 downloadable recipe packet. I was able to instantly download the packet without any fuss. (it looks great.) I’m off to Costco! 🙂

No Costco in our area – would this work at Sam’s Club also?
Toni Anderson says
Absolutely, Angie! You might have to verify the prices and quantities, but the overall concept will definitely work!
Rebecca Russell says
I just paid for both plans but it only gave me a link to the $5 one not the $1.50 one. Can you please send me an email link. Thank you

Is there anything I could substitute the coconut milk with? Can’t wait to get started! I was able to download just fine 🙂
Lisa says
Are the recipes also dairy-free, or easily converted?
Toni Anderson says
Lisa – yes, the recipes are easily converted. Most would be as simple as omitting the cheese.
Lisa says
Are the recipes also dairy free?
Suzanne says
Costco has a lot of organic choices… are there any meal plans using Costco’s organic items?
lisa says
This is a great idea! I want to purchase the $5 pack but I won’t be doing the meal project until November. Does access to the purchased information and tutorials expire after a certain time?
Heather says
I purchased the $5 pack, I have not received the email with the information for the $5 pack and would like to head to the grocery store… please send it my way.
