While I love going to the gym, sometimes it isn’t possible with my schedule. For the past several years we’ve purchased fitness equipment for our home that does not take up a lot of space and is very versatile so it can be used for many exercises.
Here are some of our favorite work out at home exercise equipment.
Gaiam – Eco Total Body Balance Ball Kit
These balance balls can be used for a variety of exercises and also help work your core. They deflate and can be stored under a bed or dresser when not in use.

PORTABLE EXERCISE MAT
If you are doing any floor work at home I highly recommend an exercise mat.
I tried not using it for a few workouts and ended up with rug burns (through my clothes) on my back and rear end. It is definitely worth the investment and they last for a long time.
