Meeting Big Brother and Sister

The four younger kids are on Cora probation because they have colds. We put up a baby gate so they can look at her from the doorway. This has worked well, except for when our three year old screams, “I want to see baby Cora!” at the top of her lungs. Cora sure is a good sleeper.

One day it will be her turn to hold baby Cora.

Poor thing! I can’t blame her for wanting to hold that sweet baby. Hopefully she’ll be better soon where she can hold Cora.

Too funny about the three-year old 🙂 At least she’s interested in the baby though, when we brought home baby #3, our 2.5 year old daughter was not at all interested in her new little brother. She even changed his name – when asked what her new brother’s name was she replied “Roger” without even batting an eye! Thankfully, they get along much better now!

Hopefully your younger kids recover quickly and get to hold their new sister soon!
