Do you think I should start a blog? 

After about fifty attempts we finally found a name that wasn’t already in use, The Happy Housewife, and I started writing.

I never imagined how big (and how much work) this website would become. Last year I told my family I didn’t think I could continue managing the site because I was having difficulty balancing it all.

To my surprise, my family insisted I keep blogging.

They’ve all chipped in and helped with chores, carpooling, meals, and even some blogging responsibilities, and the site kept growing.

This year, in order to keep my sanity, I’m adding additional writers to the site. I’ve already previewed some of their posts and I know you are going to LOVE them! They are some of my favorite bloggers and long-time readers, and I’m excited to be partnering with them in 2012.

If you are a long-time reader, you probably won’t notice much of a difference.  I’m still writing here every day. It’s just that you’ll also be getting some great content from smart, funny, crafty, and creative women.
