This was me three years ago.
Seven kids, homeschooling, working part-time, and traveling was taking a toll on my life. People would always ask me if I was “tired.”
I wasn’t tired, I was exhausted.
I suffered from weekly migraines, back pain, was taking ibuprofen like it was candy, and consuming caffeine like it was going out of style.
Three years ago I finally had enough!
I created a fitness plan and changed the way I ate. I committed to living a better, longer, healthier life.
This is the new me.
No more migraines, no more back pain, I have tons of energy, I’m stronger, and healthier than I was when I was twenty.
But I didn’t do it alone. I had people helping me, keeping me accountable, and cheering me on throughout the entire process.
I couldn’t have done it without them, and now I cheer you on!
Three years later, I never have anyone ask me if I’m tired! They usually can’t believe I’m a 42 year old mother of seven!
I’m not extraordinary! I’m a busy mom, just like you.
