Cook sausage in a large sauce pan until done.
Add butter to the cooked sausage in the sauce pan.
Add and sauté thin slices of celery and chopped onions. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl mix in sausage mixture with 12 cups Pepperidge Farm unseasoned bread cubes.
Mix in poultry seasoning, thyme, rosemary, basil, celery seed, and parsley to taste. Mix well.
Add chicken broth to moisten to your taste.
Cover and bake 350 for 30 minutes.
