Smothered Chicken in the Crock Pot


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream


  • In a bowl, mix the sour cream and soup, then pour about a cup into the crock pot.
  • Wrap the bacon around the perimeter of each chicken breast, then place in crock pot.
  • Pour remaining soup/sour cream mixture over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Serve over brown rice.
