Ingredients
Balsamic Reduction
1cupbalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonhoney
Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
1 1/2poundscherry tomatoes
1tablespoonolive oil
Instructions
Balsamic Reduction
In a small saucepan, heat the vinegar and honey over medium heat. Allow to cook until reduced to 1/2 cup. This should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350.
Place tomatoes on a large baking sheet. Toss with olive oil.
Roast for 45 to 60 minutes or until tomatoes have shriveled and collapsed.
Toss with the prepared balsamic reduction and serve.
