Ingredients

loaf potato bread or
cinnamon maple swirl bread
4
eggs
1/2
cup
powdered milk
2
cups
water
cinnamon
Instructions
Blend eggs, milk, and water on low in a blender.
Pour into a pie plate and sprinkle cinnamon on the mixture.
Using tongs, dip the bread on both sides then place on a buttered griddle.
Flip once and serve.
