Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

cups
any milk
I used unsweetened coconut milk

ripe bananas
frozen or not

tablespoons
any nut butter
peanut, sunflower, and almond are all tasty!
1/3
cup
pumpkin puree
1/2
Haas avocado
2
tablespoons
gelatin
optional (additional protein - 6g/tablespoon)
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt
optional
Handful ice cubes
optional
Honey
maple syrup, or stevia drops to taste (this will depend on the sweetness of your bananas)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
