Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups any milk I used unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 ripe bananas frozen or not
  • 3 tablespoons any nut butter peanut, sunflower, and almond are all tasty!
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 Haas avocado
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin optional (additional protein - 6g/tablespoon)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Dash of sea salt optional
  • Handful ice cubes optional
  • Honey maple syrup, or stevia drops to taste (this will depend on the sweetness of your bananas)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
