While I love going to the gym, sometimes it isn’t possible with my schedule. For the past several years we’ve purchased fitness equipment for our home that does not take up a lot of space and is very versatile so it can be used for many exercises.<\/p>\n

If you are doing any floor work at home I highly recommend an exercise mat.<\/p>\n

I tried not using it for a few workouts and ended up with rug burns (through my clothes) on my back and rear end. It is definitely worth the investment and they last for a long time.<\/p>\n
