I think I should start a Christmas tree watch\u2026. how long will Happy\u2019s tree stay up?!?!<\/span><\/p>\n

Seriously, I think I\u2019m going to take it down soon.<\/p>\n

Maybe.<\/p>\n

I thought I would take it down tonight, but then I got busy, so I didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve never had my tree up in January. Never. It seems strange to have it in my family room when we\u2019re watching college football bowl games.<\/p>\n

Christmas trees and college bowl games don\u2019t go together in my house.\u00a0\"icon<\/p>\n

The girls (except Cora) made it up until\u00a0midnight. I\u2019m proud of them. They really wanted to stay up and they did it. They\u2019ll probably be a mess of tired because of it, but at least they can say they stayed up until\u00a0midnight.<\/p>\n

My boys are going shooting with a guy that works with their dad. They are excited about getting some boy time. I don\u2019t like loud noises or cold weather so I\u2019m thankful this guy is willing to take my boys out.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s stuff like this that really matters during a deployment. Folks who are willing to give up a few hours of their day to give something to my kids that I can\u2019t.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m thankful.<\/p>\n
