2. Trace the shapes onto your felt or simply hold them tightly on top of the felt and cut the shapes according to the right colors. Two black felt sheets should remain solid.<\/p>\n
I used craft sheets to make sure that this would be an easy supply list, but obviously you can use scraps or whatever color felt you like. Personalize it for your little one.<\/p>\n

3. Place the small white rectangles on the pink bandage shapes and glue them together. It’s just that easy! You now have two bandages ready for business!<\/p>\n

4. Glue both white thermometer pieces together. This will keep it from being floppy. Then use the Sharpie markers to create the rising “mercury” and temperature markings. Your thermometer is ready!<\/p>\n

5. Glue the pink pill bottle shapes together to form a sturdy base. Apply the white rectangular label to the pill bottle. Glue them together.\u00a0Glue on the gray cap and a red heart. Your medicine bottle is complete!<\/p>\n

6. Glue the large white rectangle onto the solid black rectangle. Then glue the black rectangle with the cutout onto the top of the black and white pieces.\u00a0You now have an iPad or a notebook for your doctor to take notes in. I added the words “Check-Up” in red Sharpie later.<\/p>\n

7. To start your syringe, glue the gray needle shape onto one of the medium white rectangles. I like to have the pointy end stick out a little bit more than the plunger end.<\/p>\n
Top those two elements with the other matching white rectangle. Glue them all together like a sandwich making sure to glue the white pieces together edge to edge. I used the black Sharpie to make measurement marks one both sides.<\/p>\n

8. On the ends of the two skinny black tube pieces, glue sandwiches. One sandwich will be black circle, then tube, plus another black circle, finished with a small black oval. That makes the bulb portion of our blood pressure cuff.<\/p>\n
The other tube will be sandwiched (and glued all together) with black circle, tube, and the white circle.\u00a0Finish this off with a few markings to show the pressure gauge.<\/p>\n

9. Glue together the two large black rectangles making sure to trap the ends of the tubes about 1 inch inside of the edge of the blood pressure cuff. You’re now the proud owner of your own blood pressure cuff! (The cuff doesn’t need a closure. It stays wrapped on an arm pretty well without velcro.)<\/p>\n

10. No doctor kit is complete without a stethoscope. Glue two pink felt circles around\u00a0each top piece. These are purposely WAY TOO BIG to stick in your ear. I really tried my best to design it to get the point across that these are just for fun and please don’t cram them in your ears.<\/p>\n
I accentuate with a red heart because I think it’s a perfect touch to remind the little ones about the purpose of this part of the kit.<\/p>\n

The bottom of the stethoscope is another sandwich. The base is a black circle topped with the bottom of the tubing and then finished by gluing on a gray circle. Your stethoscope is complete!<\/p>\n

11. Last we’re going to build our bag. I wanted this to be sturdy, so I made each side of the bag to have a solid handle made of two pieces of gray felt. Glue the very bottom edge of the felt to the UNDER side of the long side of one of the black rectangles. The template cutout for the handle won’t go to the edge of the felt so make sure to center it.<\/p>\n

Then with that gray felt still on the bottom, add glue all over and slightly ONTO the black piece. This will allow you to glue the mirror image piece on like a sandwich with the black piece in the middle.<\/p>\n

Here you can see one handle assembled. Notice that the handle surrounds about 1\/2 inch of the top of the bag. Repeat that for both large black rectangles. These are now the two sides of your bag.<\/p>\n

Glue around the three edges (not the top) of one of your bag pieces. Then add the other bag side on top. Make sure to take a few moments to line up the edges perfectly. Press together.<\/p>\n

Now that the bag is assembled we can add our finishing touch. Glue the red rectangle onto one side of the bag. I liked it centered horizontally a little high toward the handle.<\/p>\n

Then top that red rectangle with the white rectangle with the cross cutout. Glue them together and you’re kit is now complete!<\/p>\n
