If you never used Mod Podge before, it is like glue.\u00a0 Except you will want to use it on top of the paper as well as bottom.\u00a0 Tear your paper or cut it.\u00a0 It is up to you!<br \/>\nIf you want to use glitter, let me sprinkle it for you over a piece of paper so I can save the excess and put it back in the glitter container.<\/p>\n<p>No rules to your design.
