Low Carb Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/8 Cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teasp Minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Caramelized onions If you're feeling extra. I always am.
  • 1 Slice Prosciutto -chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Cup Spring mix salad - chopped
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 Flat Out Flatbread

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Bake flat bread for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove flatbread from the oven.
  • Top flatbread with Alfredo sauce.
  • Add, garlic, mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, goat cheese.
  • Put it back into the oven until all the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven. Top with the chopped prosciutto and spring mix.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the flatbread
  • Enjoy!
