Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 can of pumpkin I use 2 cups fresh pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 3 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups of milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin and canola oil until combined.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and then add to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until it's completely combined.
Add in the chocolate chips.
Grease a muffin tin or add muffin cups. Add the mixture to the muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
