Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover pot roast - cubed
  • 3 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • frozen peas
  • frozen corn
  • frozen carrots
  • 1 can mushroom gravy
  • minced onions you could use the real stuff if you have it
  • salt pepper, garlic to taste
  • beef broth - enough to make it look like a soup

Instructions

  • Dump everything in a crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Pour soup into bowls and serve.
