Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

cups
loosely packed baby kale
2
teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt or kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275°.
In a large bowl, toss together the kale, olive oil and salt.
Spread kale in a single layer on two large baking sheets. Do not allow the leaves to overlap or they will not crisp.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
