Tuna Melt Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 can tuna
  • Shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper chopped
  • butter

Instructions

  • Mix together tuna, onions, and pepper and spread on a buttered tortilla. Sprinkle the top of the mixture with cheese.
  • Place the tortilla on a frying pan and cover with another tortilla on top. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted.
