They are so much better than store bought and aren&#8217;t too difficult to make.<\/p>\n<p>When I make them I always double or triple the recipe and freeze the extras.<\/p>\n<p>To make homemade English muffins that mimic the taste of fresh ones from the bakery, <strong>don&#8217;t skip the cornmeal<\/strong>. The cornmeal gives them a little crunch on the outside of the muffin and is so delicious.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33518\" These cutters only cost a few dollars and are worth having in the kitchen for biscuits, cookies, and other breads.<\/p>\n<p>Once you try the homemade version you won&#8217;t want to eat store bought again. If you are in a hurry, you can make these in your bread machine.<\/p>\n<p>Use the dough setting and follow the steps according to your bread machine.
