It&#8217;s a cheaper cut of meat but if you let it cook on low all day in the <a target = \"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3F4GOtV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">slow cooker <\/a>it will come out tender. Any way you make these sandwiches they are delicious. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-35985-step-1-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">I serve them just like this but you can put the sandwiches on a pan and toast them for 3 minutes in the oven if you want to get fancy.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Personally I love blue cheese, but I know a lot of people don&#8217;t so if you fall into the &#8220;don&#8217;t like blue cheese&#8221; category try these substitutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cheddar cheese and dijon mustard. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any cheese and spicy mayo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>American cheese (definitely toast these if you are using American).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mozzarella cheese and onions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To make this recipe ahead of time for a potluck follow the directions above. Assemble the sliders and place them in a 9&#215;13 casserole dish. Remember to lightly spray the dish with nonstick spray before placing the beef tips sliders in the pan. Cover tightly with foil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When ready to serve heat the sliders in the covered dish for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. You can brush some melted butter on the sliders the last 2-3 minutes of baking and uncover. They will be toasted and delicious. I only recommend storing them for 24 hours because they will get a little soggy from the liquid if you keep them in the fridge for longer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any leftover meat store in an airtight container in the fridge with the liquid from the crockpot.
