This fried rice recipe is so simple and quick you&#8217;ll be wondering why you haven&#8217;t been making it on busy nights for years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to add meat to your fried rice you can use steak, chicken, pork, or even ground beef. I used a marinated pork loin in this recipe, but you can serve it with whatever is on sale or you have leftover in your fridge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The secret to delicious fried rice is old and cold rice. (Say it again, old and cold&#8230;.) Yes, there are days when I feel very motivated and love to chop up veggies like a chef, but most days I don&#8217;t feel like it nor do I have the time.
