I quickly realized that meat required some kind of seasoning. They were good but not great. Over time I realized that a great marinade can make your grilled or broiled meat taste amazing. You can buy a large pack of chicken at Costco or Sam&#8217;s Club and <a target = \"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/thehappyhousewife.com\/cooking\/how-to-freezer-cook-with-a-friend\/\">prepare it in advance <\/a>and have dinner on the table in under an hour on busy nights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to make the meat the same day, make sure you allow for time to marinade. I like to give it at least 4 hours, but you can shorten it to 2 hours if you don&#8217;t have as much time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember if you don&#8217;t have fresh herbs you can always use dried ones
