I will omit ingredients we don&#8217;t like or that are expensive. I also try to find ways to make a recipe easier to make since I always seem pressed for time in the evenings.<\/p>\n<p>My sister made this <a target = \"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Baked-Ziti-IV\/Detail.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">baked ziti recipe<\/a> she found on All Recipes. It was a big hit with my family and they requested it when I was menu planning this week. If our family were to go to Olive Garden and order baked ziti it would cost us over $75. 5px;\">While your meat is cooking boil the noodles. (By the way, my sister bought me this awesome <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B001I6LXYC?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=thehaphou-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B001I6LXYC\" target=\"_blank\">Multi-Cooker<\/a> for my birthday. I have already used it several times and I have only been home 3 days!)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Drain the noodles and mix together with the meat in a large bowl.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add spaghetti sauce.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream and ricotta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Then add to the meat mixture.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Place mixture in a 9 x 13 pan (that has been sprayed with nonstick)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Top with mozzarella cheese.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-30211-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Baked covered for about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover the last 5 minutes.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-30211-notes\" class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal\"><h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-notes-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\" style=\"\">Notes<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\"><span style=\"display: block;\">A few tips: I cooked up two pounds of meat and saved half in the freezer for the next time we make baked ziti. If you want to cut the cost of this meal omit the sour cream, cream cheese and ricotta. It won\u2019t taste the same, but it is still a good dish.
