If you are looking for a gluten-free pizza option try this zucchini crust pizza. Or if you can convince your kids to eat green pizza this is a great way to get them to eat more veggies!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I don&#8217;t eat enough veggies.\u00a0 Period.\u00a0 But I LOVE pizza!\u00a0 I&#8217;ve seen all these cauliflower pizzas floating around, but I am not a fan of that stuff.\u00a0 So, when I heard someone mention zucchini crust pizza, I thought I would be up for trying it.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Let me also say, I hate cooking.\u00a0 So, if I can do this, anyone can!\u00a0 Plus, I have made pizza crust out of pre-packaged stuff, and this didn&#8217;t really take any Ring out as much water as you can.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">When you think you are done, try again.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Once you have drained it all, transfer to a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add two eggs, garlic, and 1\/4 a cup of cheese.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mix well. (You could add other spices or seasonings if you would like.)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Lightly oil a baking sheet or use a pizza stone.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Set the zucchini mixture on and using your hands, flatten.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Be sure not to get too thin.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Bake in oven for about 10 minutes (or until just starting starting to lightly brown) at 450 degrees. Remove from oven and layer sauce, toppings, and cheese.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28963-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Place back in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><em>Sara&#8217;s notes: She did not have a cheese cloth so she used paper towels.
