Did you?<\/p>\n<p>One easy way I get my kids (and myself &#8211; if we are being honest) to eat vegetables is to put it in a smoothie. My husband&#8217;s favorite is spicy mango, but we went with Strawberry Banana to keep the kids happy. Those are my two go-to smoothie vegetables and the kids can&#8217;t taste the difference. They think they are getting a pink milkshake and really they are getting all their fruit and vegetable servings in for the day.<\/p>\n<p>Another way I&#8217;ve encouraged (aka forced)\u00a0my kids try new vegetables is to pay them for it. It actually worked. You can read all about it and take a look at their grimacing faces <a href=\"http:\/\/thehappyhousewife.com\/real-life\/am-i-crazy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.
