I didn&#8217;t actually make it through the full 24 days, but one thing I did like about it was increasing the fruits and vegetables in my diet.<\/p>\n<p>A while back I made sweet potato tuna burgers and hesitated sharing them on the site because when I found the original recipe I thought- sweet potato and tuna? Gross! But I changed up the recipe a ton they were delicious. Since they are chock full of sweet potatoes they are perfect for this challenge!<\/p>\n<p>So if the combination scares you, like it did me- don&#8217;t let it! You&#8217;ll really like these burgers. I served mine on a bed of lettuce, but you could also serve them in a lettuce wrap or on a bun.<\/p>\n<p>You could also make mini burgers and serve them on a bed of greens or if you are like, serve
