The lemon chicken will be used for pasta the following night, and the beef roast will be used in beef burritos.<\/p>\n<p>After a week of eating sandwiches, snacks, and hamburgers I&#8217;m ready for some REAL food this week! As fun as vacation is, it is nice to be back in my own kitchen. I&#8217;m super excited to try some recipes from my new cookbook, <a target = \"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0688102298?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=thehaphou-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=0688102298\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"false
