Visit a National Park for Free this Summer

For one weekend in July and August all 147 National Parks in the United States are waiving their admission fees. The free weekends are July 18 and 19, and August 15 and 16. This is a great opportunity for your family to enjoy some free fun, since admission fees range from $3 to $25. To find a National Park located near you, visit the U.S. National Park Service website.

Great suggestion. We’ve got one freebie here in SD. We visited it for a field trip in Jan; I’ll have to see if I can get FishPapa to go again. Our kids almost ran off the sides of the cliff, so it’s not likely. ;}

Great idea! The July dates fall on my birthday weekend – that might be a good way to celebrate.
