What Do You Dislike Most About a Manual Toothbrush?

I have two toothbrushes (say that ten times fast). An ARM & HAMMER Spinbrush and a regular old school toothbrush. I use the Spinbrush when I’m at home and take the regular toothbrush with me when I travel. 

I’ve started using the Spinbrush ProClean after a not so fun trip to the dentist where they scrapped all the junk off my teeth and my mouth was sore for the rest of the day.
