If you subscribe to The Happy Housewife via RSS or Newsletter you might have noticed that recently there are posts from another website appearing in the feed. This is a glitch – I am not drinking root beer martini’s, quoting Oprah, or posting CVS deals.
I apologize for any confusion this has caused and can assure you that we are working hard to fix this problem.

to be honest, i had unsubscribed a few months ago just to ease up on my inbox a little bit. maybe 2 weeks ago, i started getting the newsletter again. i dont mind because i like to read, but i imagine this may have been happening to more people than just me. i hope you didnt lose any new subscribers because of a glitch in your email list! just wanted to let you know
Jessica- so do you mean you unsubscribed and then ended up getting the newsletter anyway? If so I need to share that with my provider so we can fix that too. When it rains it pours I guess.
I was so confused yesterday when I saw those posts (since I had already read them in Sara’s feed
). Also, some of your posts are showing up twice in the feed a day or two after the original post came through. That is so odd!
I’m sure! I think we fixed the double posting issue- but still working on Sara’s feed splicing into mine.
I hope it’s a relatively painless fix! I felt so bad for you once I realized there was a glitch.
