Our Story: Photos

It’s been a long time since I’ve updated Our Story, I know this because I get at least one reader email a day asking me to update. icon smile Our Story: Photos

I’m hoping these photos will help ease the pain between updates. They aren’t the best quality because the photos are almost 20 years old, and I had to take pictures instead of scanning, because I’m not quite sure how to use our new scanner yet.

I present to you long-haired hippy, circa 1992. (This picture was taken about 6 months before I met him)

If you are new to the site you might want to read Our Story and find out how I became, The Happy Housewife. The story isn’t finished yet, but I’m working on it.

Ha ha! Surprisingly, my David had a very similar hair style when he graduated in ’99.

You do look very cute…some things never change! :)

Hooray!! You look so ridiculously young!! I’ve been checking for more “our story” forever it seems. That long-haired hippie story is what sucked me into your blog back in the bed rest with Cora days.

Love your story!! We’re going to hear more from Hubby, too, right? Amazing story. I have been subscribing to your blog for at while– since before your last child was born. Never would have suspected your marriage had such rough beginnings. Well, I love happily ever afters so I am hooked! May you both continue to be blessed.

  5. Oh I can’t wait….. I keep looking for more.
And I have to agree with the others: you are sooooo cute!

I just stumbled upon this blog today. I love all frugal and stay at home mom type blogs, and it happens to be that i’m a military wife myself with 5 kids. The “Our Story” section was sooo long, but it was like a car wreck that I couldn’t look away from. (I mean that in a good way) I, as others, want to know more… It’s like finishing a book and wanting to know what happened next. =)
