I really wanted to get another post up tonight, but I am starting a new habit tomorrow. My dh and I will be waking at 5:45 AM to go to the gym. Ugh! I am not an early riser, and to me 5:45 is still nighttime… but he needs to get in shape, and it isn’t going to kill me to hit the gym on a regular basis.
I’ll be back tomorrow, if I survive!

Here’s a time saver. Don’t make donuts, Don’t go to the gym. They cancel each other out and waaa laa extra time!
Just kidding, both donuts and the gym are great. They both make you feel good- just at different times.
Ha! I was up at 4:30 for my 5:00 class! You got to sleep in!

I’m dying to hear how it went! Stick with it, honestly, you WILL feel better about it!
I started a BOXING class 8 weeks ago. I’ve gained 8 lbs, but have lost my wide butt and bloated stomach. I’ve got biceps and calf muscles now. Honestly, I feel way better about myself & I can see that dh does too.
Besides, if you work out, you CAN have a donut or two occasionally, unlike that other remark to not make donuts, not go to the gym, they cancel each other out … this way does too!!
