Seriously how hard is it if you are PARKED to reach over and look at something for a minute... or back your seat up and put it on your lap. As if American drivers need another distraction!! I know there are other ways for ppl to be distracted and other methods of having a computer mounted and in full view of the driver but on the steering wheel??!!??
