I had read that in a travel guide and we found it to be true and the Propel worked great and kept us very hydrated!! At lunch time we usually ask for cups of ice water with our meals even at counter service and then we bring the little crystal light packets and use those to get rid of the not so nice flavor of the florida water. It is a back pack that has a built in water reservoir and a straw that comes out of the shoulder strap. It was great. We froze it the night before and had cool water ready to sip all day. For some reason I get very dehydrated at Animal Kingdom and end up with a migraine. Last year I bought myself one of those huge bottles with the animal topper on it and made myself carry it. I sipped on it all day and didn't get a headache. Having the huge bottle in my hand all the time and not being able to stick it in the backpack helped me remember to drink. Water is essential. I have found too that at Disneyland in California, they will often just give you ice if you ask for a cup of it at a concession stand... then you can have cold water!
