Experts say it takes about three weeks to start a habit. As I discussed before, the hardest part of exercising is the first day. Since I know many people struggle getting started I thought it would be helpful to challenge everyone to get moving for 21 days.
Hopefully by the end of three weeks good habits will be formed and creating and sticking to a workout schedule will be a manageable goal for everyone who wants to get fit in 2013.
