Monday Meanderings
April 21, 2008 |
1. Bible Study/ Devotions ~ Continue to read my one-year chronological bible every day. Work on my small group homework, I am finally caught up! I was able to have some great discussion with friends this weekend about the course we are doing called Two Ways to Live. I have a new desire to work on my homework and memory verses. I also want to continue my reading of Grace Walk: What You’ve Always Wanted in the Christian Life.
2. “Must Do†~ I have another kid sick, since the last one had a virus, I don’t think we are going to rush this on to the doctor. Here is my list of everything I need to accomplish this week. My “must do” is the kids report cards. They are due at the end of the week.
3. Zones ~ Now it doesn’t look like we will be moving across the street. I need to figure out how to make our small space work for us. I don’t really have a zone this week although I would love to get through my closet, which has been on my list for several weeks now.
4. Train Them Up ~ Positive attitude during chore time. I have one child that just loves to work, the others, not so much. They are not 100% grouchy, but they are also not consistently joyous and cheerful when I ask them to do things.
5. Menu Planning~ My menu is up. I am focusing on healthy meals, but our grocery money is running low so I have some pantry meals as well. Check it out here.
