We just returned from our weekend trip, we had a great time, ate way too much food, and stayed up way too late! We are supposed to go out of town again this weekend, if we can recover from our last trip!

Breakfast Waffles, pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, French toast, cinnamon rolls

Lunch Sandwiches, muffins, smoothies, leftovers, cut up fruit and veggies

Dinner

Monday- Leftover from last week for the kids, adults going out.

Tuesday- Oven fried chicken, rice, corn, salad

Wednesday- Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, whole wheat French bread

Thursday-Salmon Cake Sandwiches, fruit,

Friday- Pizza

It’s been a long time since I’ve bought drumsticks because DH claims he won’t eat them…but those look fantastic and I think I’m willing to take the chance!

I am going for the salmon cake sandwiches this week, something totally different! I do end up having salmon at least every other week so this will be a nice change. Thanks for the recipe!
