My family does not usually like oatmeal waffles either. I think it is a texture thing. I have found a recipe though that they really like because you grind the oatmeal. Not only that it is a homemade pancake mix. Here is the link if you want to try it. Maybe your family would like this version. http://www.lynnskitchenadventures.com/2008/11/homemade-oatmeal-pancake-mix.html

I noticed tuna casserole on your menu! That is my oldest son’s favorite meal! I don’t really know why, but he requests it all the time…for years! I’d love to have you join us for Tasty Tuesday one day!

I enjoy seeing the meals you prepare for your children. We have four children under five and they frequently want to eat between meals. Is there “snacking” that goes on in your home? If so, what options are available?

Have you ever had the harvest grain pancakes at IHOP? I found a recipe that I like that is similar except that you grind the oatmeal.
Here’s the link(hopefully)!

Yummy looking meal plan! :D Ziti is a favorite around here, but I usually just make it for company as it makes so much. Have a great week!

Baked ziti sounds really good! I haven’t made it in a while.
