The Hot Breakfast Challenge continues at the Happy House. Last week we enjoyed pancakes, French toast, eggs, oatmeal, and cinnamon rolls. A hot breakfast does not have to be fancy, eggs with a slice of whole wheat toast and some fresh fruit is a delicious and healthy alternative to preservative laden pre-packaged breakfast products.
Last week I purchased Heavenly Homemakers Breakfast Cookbook to find more recipes for this challenge. This week Laura from Heavenly Homemakers has offered to give one away to you! This cookbook is filled with great recipes, pictures and ideas for a healthy breakfast.
Scroll down to the end of the post to find out how to enter and win Think Breakfast… Outside of the Box.

We had your sloppy joes for dinner and they were AWESOME! Made SO much, too, that we have a lot for leftovers!
I’m going to start participating in the Menu Plan Mondays, simply because we go shopping Tuesday, and planning is half the battle. Getting it done and out of the way a day early will help

1. You may have convinced me to try the month of meals idea. I’m so frustrated with this family of mine and their menu problems … maybe not having to do it every month would help … I don’t know.
2. I am happy to report, however, that Operation Eat All The Cereal is commencing nicely. I managed to have breakfast 4 or 5 days this week, and a handful of the others here joined in. Now … to dig out a new box of shredded wheat …
