If you don't mind, I have a question about preparing frozen meals. Do you find it works best to thaw them overnight in the fridge the night before you plan on having them, and then warming them up in the oven accordingly? Or will your family just put them in the oven straight from the freezer?
I made your ziti last week, btw, and it was a hit. I used all ground sausage (Jimmy Dean) for the meat, though. My family likes them some pig. It made so much it's two meals for us (family of 5).

I'm taking your challenge. :D We are having some homemade cinnamon raisin English muffins, pancakes, peanut butter on toast, and leftover muffins from freezer. We like to do toads in a hole (eggs in a hole), breakfast burritos, omelettes, too.

I love the hot breakfast challenge - we've been switching over at my house too and going with crockpot breakfasts.

Every so often I'll make "egg muffins". I use either bacon or sausage, onion, cheese and sometimes bell pepper and diced green chile. Beat about 8 eggs add all the other stuff. Pour them into sprayed muffin tins and bake at 325ish for about 20 min(aprox). These freeze really well and are quickly thawed in the microwave. Sorry for the vague recipe, this is one thing I don't have actual measurements for!
