Menu Plan Week of February 16th

My 30 Days of Meals plan is almost finished. This week I plan to create another 30 meals. I cannot believe how much time this plan has saved me over the past month. Even though we all battled varying degrees of the winter yuck we always had food on the table because I had a plan. Next week I hope to explain a little better how I make this work for our family.

Oh my goodness. That pizza looks so yumm and so … GORGEOUS! When I make pizza (and this is one reason I rarely make pizza…) it always looks deformed! haha

I saw the picture of “Bee Rocks” and had too see the recipe. As suspected they are what I grew up calling “Bier-rocks.” Only we didn’t add corn or mashed potatoes. And the cabbage and onion is cooked until its soft and yellow, or you use sourkraut. I always ate them with Ketchup growing up, and we actually ate these last week. Now I have to try your recipe because more carbs usually goes over well in our house. :-)

My delight and surprise at seeing Bee Rocks! We always called them beerox… and I always ate them with mustard. Sounds so wonderful right now – great menu!
